Day 157 - Migraine

 Sunday, I woke up with a migraine. I was out of commission till 4 pm, even skipped lunch. Excedrin helped! Monday, I woke up a bit tired and forced cough out something out of my nose, a bloody bit and spit out blood. Feels like something behind my tonsil, and have been force coughing the last few days. I called the doctor and allergy nurse said must’ve been allergies or bloody nose. I don’t have a fever or cough, I can breathe and smell. No covid test needed. Sounds like I coughed so hard I popped a vein. I need to rest.
