Day 399 - Once a year Sfingi de San Giuseppe (doughnut)

Once a year Sfingi di San Giuseppe (Sicilian doughnuts St. Joseph’s day) Sfingi with ricotta already sold out when I went at 8am! I got one Sfingi with custard, and one plain Sfingi. Yummy!
