Day 451 - Arm swelling and sorenesss
Day 2 of getting the vaccine. I tossed and turned in bed last night and felt the swelling at the injection site. Woke up to a warm hot upper tender and sore arm to the elbow. I hope the reactions end here.
I’m a bit tired and sleepy from not enough sleep. I skipped my 11am Body Pump class. I took it easy today and watched movies in bed all day. Relaxing day!
