Day 511 - First dental appointment in about 2 years!

First dental appointment in about 2 years! 

I got my first teeth cleaning and xrays since 2019! Dentist said my teeth is pretty good for not going in for some time. Got a bit of inflammation from the cleaning and a few cavities to fix, I’ll be back next week to get it fixed. 

I treated myself to a toffee coffee!
