Day 30 - Daily workout

I've started to work out almost everyday. It’s been helping my mood and I am feeling great! I do miss the usual hikes and walks outside but I’ve gotta adjust to the changes. I’ve been taking Zumba and Full Body training with Rachel.


These classes are making me sweat! I love the energy! I wished Body Combat was at a later time, after work hours. Hoping for that change to happen one day.
