Day 57 - Couldn’t Sleep

I forgot to write! I actually ended up getting only about 2 hours of sleep last night. It’s happened to me twice this week. 2 days ago slept at 430am. Benn distracted with the news lately and thinking about work and family and people.

For the first time I checked out the app Headspace. I frll asleep after a 3 minute listen. It worked! I should continue using this to help calm my body and meditate to finally get some rest. Here I go!
